This isn't just another warehouse job. We are looking for an experienced, self-reliant Storeperson to take ownership of the new Swan Valley operations. As an early member of the WA team, you will have the unique opportunity to help shape the processes and efficiencies of a future success story. The Opportunity Autonomy: Run the warehouse independently with the support of astute, hands-on management. Impact: Help establish and refine warehouse systems from the ground up. Lifestyle: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM shifts (finish early and beat the traffic). Location: Scenic Swan Valley/River region. Rate: From $33.40/hr penalties with weekly pay. The Role Unlike high-volume "pick-and-pack" environments, this role is about precision and quality . It is not a fast pace, but it requires a high level of competence in: Receiving & Dispatch: Checking and unloading incoming goods; picking and packing orders accurately and on time. Forklift Operations: Unloading trucks and handling "ugly freight" (long/heavy steel products) with care. Inventory & Systems: Stock control, inventory management, stocktakes, and data entry into the warehouse system. Compliance: Basic quality checks on incoming and outgoing stock; ensuring goods are palletized and wrapped correctly. What We’re Looking For LF Forklift Licence (Essential): Proven skill in handling oversized, heavy, or awkward loads. Self-Starter: Someone who knows how a warehouse should run and can manage their own workload without constant supervision. Communication: Effective skills for dealing with internal teams, transport providers, and customers. Mindset: A proactive, problem-solving approach with a strong focus on safety.
